I contacted Avid via email and got this response from a real person. There is still hope. But we'll have to be patient.
Despite this a friend tried to install the latest drivers to M-Audio Fast Track Ultra, version 2.3.3. I had already install the last Fast Track Ultra's Driver on my mac and also installed this last M-Track Quad's Driver v3.3.11 I don't know why it worked, but my fast track ultra is working perfectly here.
